Geraldine brings over two decades of experience in not-for-profit financial management, business operations and corporate governance, within the education, health and research sectors. She has an extensive background partnering with numerous not-for-profits and mission-driven organisations. Geraldine is currently Treasurer for a climate-action NFP, Comms Declare, as well as Company Secretary for a couple of organisations. She guides their financial accountability, transparency and good governance principles to drive their purpose.
