Thank you for your dedication towards assisting us with testing the “Ask Parliament” app. As we enter the next development phase, we emphasise that our primary focus is user interaction experience.
Understanding how users interact with our app and their subsequent experiences is crucial to improving its functionality and usability. In this context, we would like you to pay special attention to the following aspects:
- User Interface: Is the app visually appealing? How do the layout, design, and overall aesthetic affect your interaction with the app?
- User Experience: Is the app intuitive and user-friendly? Are the instructions and prompts clear and understandable? How easy or difficult is it to find and post questions or complete other tasks within the app? Is it difficult when you first use the app?
- Navigation: Is the flow from one section of the app to another seamless? Are there any points in the app where you feel lost or need help with what to do next?
- Functionality: Do you feel the app will allow you to effectively communicate your concerns/issues with parliament members or other app users? Do the features provide enhance or hinder your interactions?
- Feedback: Are there any components within the app where immediate user feedback (like success/failure notifications) could improve the interaction experience?
Reporting bugs or other issues during your app use will also be appreciated.

- In your email, please provide a detailed description of the issues.
- Attach any relevant screenshots to help illustrate your points.
- You can send your findings as individual emails as you encounter issues, or compile them all into one report – whichever method you find more convenient.
